Privacy Policy

If you create an account, we store the details you provide: your name, email address, and phone number, along with any shipping or billing address you save to your account.

If you place an order (with or without an account), we store the contact and delivery details you enter at checkout — name, phone, email, address, and any order notes — to fulfil that order.

If you submit a product review, we store your rating, review text, and a snapshot of your account display name. Your email address and account ID are never shown publicly with a review.

If you use the contact form, we store your name, email address, optional phone number, subject, and message so our team can review and respond to your enquiry.

Customer accounts use Firebase Authentication for email/password sign-in. When you sign in, a secure, HTTP-only session cookie is set in your browser to keep you signed in; it does not contain your password.

Your shopping cart, wishlist, and product comparison list are stored in your browser's local storage, not on our servers. They are tied to the device and browser you're using, and clearing your browser data will clear them.

Order records include the delivery and contact details you provide, the items and quantities ordered, and — if you were signed in — a link to your account. Guest orders are not linked to any account.

We use the information above to process and fulfil orders, manage your account, moderate and display product reviews, and respond to enquiries. We do not sell your personal information.

We don't currently publish specific data retention periods. Account and order data is stored using Google Firebase (Firestore and Firebase Authentication) as our backend infrastructure provider.

You can review and update your account details from your account profile. To request access to or deletion of your data, contact us using the details on our contact page.

We may update this page as the site changes. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
